We did our research and we know that almost everyone in Hong Kong loves a good chestnut cake and especially with that deep, earthy flavour of roasted nuts and burnt sugar taste of coffee in a chestnut cream. After much thoughts and trials, we decided to put this together in a form of a signature crepe cake. The Chestnut Apple Tarte Tartin crepe cake arguably is the best chestnut cake in Hong Kong.
Taste the smooth and light chestnut cream in the different layers of crepes, not too sweet and with a familiar aroma of chestnut with every bite. We lovingly hand cooked the top layer of apple tarte tartin, which surprisingly adds to the texture and the flavour of this special creation. This will be an absolute win for everyone.

For regular pre-order of this cake, the price includes a message tag, a regular candle, a cake cutting knife, but does NOT include any cooler bags. Please select the desired options when placing the order or buy the accessories at the shop when picking up the cake. For urgent orders, an additional charge for the birthday tag will apply.
