Flavoursome rum raisin pastry cream is made from scratch, starting with socking sweet raisins lovingly in full-bodied rum for over a week, before blending them for a smooth finish. It is one of our favourites and we are sure you will love it too! Knock yourself out!
Vanilla Sponge | Rum soaked Raisins | Chantilly Cream
With Alcohol. Rum soaked raisins with smooth pastry cream layered among 16 layers of paper thin crepes, with a soft spongy cake base. Taste the different texture in a slice of crepe cake.
