This special flavour is based on the famous Baileys Irish Cream, an liquor flavoured with cream, cocoa and Irish whiskey. An intense aroma of premium coffee beans is added to supplement the taste of the liquor. The cream between the paper-thin crepes is made with mascarpone cheese, which gives it a rich and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The cake is finally covered by a layer of French-roast Vietnamese ground coffee as decoration, but also to further enhance the intensity of the taste of coffee.
