What makes our version of the Earl Grey Crepe Cake special is the tea we use. First, we use actual Earl Grey tea leaves rather than tea powder to prepare the cream, which produces the most natural flavour. We source our tea from Betjeman & Barton of Paris, a hundred-years-old French tea blender established in 1919.
